Refund Policy
Sarthi Travels & Tour values customer satisfaction and strives to provide the best travel experiences. However, due to the nature of travel services which involve third-party bookings (hotels, flights, transport, etc.), our refund policy is subject to the terms and conditions of those third-party providers.
Refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:

Cancellations made within the allowed cancellation period (as per the package or service booked) may be eligible for a partial or full refund after deducting applicable charges.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the commencement of travel or for partially used services.

Refunds for bookings involving non-refundable services (e.g., certain hotel bookings, flight tickets, or seasonal offers) will not be entertained.

In the event of a refund, the processing time may take up to 14 working days, depending on the service provider and payment method.
Note : Any refund request must be submitted in writing via email with the booking details and reason for cancellation. Each case will be assessed based on our policy and third-party terms.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be requested in writing and sent to Sarthi Travels & Tour via email. The cancellation request will only be valid once acknowledged by our support team.
Our general cancellation terms are as follows:

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the travel date: 80% refund (after deducting any non-refundable service charges).

Cancellations made 15 to 29 days before the travel date: 50% refund .

Cancellations made 7 to 14 days before the travel date: 25% refund .

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the travel date or "No Shows": No refund .
Customized tour packages may have different cancellation policies, which will be shared during booking.
In case of cancellation due to unforeseen situations like natural calamities or government restrictions, we will coordinate with our vendors to provide the best possible refund or rescheduling option.
Delivery Policy
Since we offer tour and travel services, there is no physical product delivery involved. Our services include:

These deliverables are sent electronically via email or through WhatsApp or any communication method preferred by the client. It is the client’s responsibility to review all documents upon receipt and report any discrepancies immediately.
We recommend saving a copy of all travel documents received. In case of loss, we can re-send the documents up to 30 days from the original delivery date.
