3. Client Obligations

  • Accurate Information: Clients must provide accurate and complete personal, travel, and payment information necessary for bookings.

  • Documentation: Clients are responsible for ensuring they possess valid travel documents (e.g., passport, visa, ID).

  • Timely Response: Clients must respond promptly to our communication for confirmations, approvals, or additional information to avoid service delays.

  • Compliance: All travel bookings must comply with the applicable laws and regulations of the destination.

4. Payment Terms

  • Invoices: Payment invoices will be issued based on agreed terms or at the time of booking.

  • Advance Payment: Certain services may require full or partial advance payment to confirm the booking.

  • Due Date: All payments must be made by the due date specified.

  • Late Payments: Late payments may result in cancellation or delay of services, with applicable penalties from third-party vendors.

5. Booking and Cancellations

  • Refunds and Cancellations: Cancellations are subject to our refund and cancellation policy. Some services (e.g., flight tickets, special tour packages) may be non-refundable.

  • Modifications: Any request to modify a booking is subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.

  • Force Majeure: In case of natural calamities, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions, services may be rescheduled, postponed, or refunded based on vendor policies.

6. Confidentiality

  • All client information shared with Sarthi Travels & Tour will be treated with strict confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties unless necessary for service fulfillment or as required by law.

7. Termination

  • By Client: Bookings can be cancelled by clients as per the cancellation policy.

  • By Sarthi Travels & Tour: We reserve the right to cancel a booking or refuse service in case of breach of terms or non-payment.

8. Liability

  • Limitation of Liability: Sarthi Travels & Tour acts as a facilitator for travel-related services and shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, accidents, delays, or changes in schedule by third-party vendors.

  • Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sarthi Travels & Tour against any claims or liabilities arising from their actions during the course of the trip.

9. Amendments

Sarthi Travels & Tour reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of our services after such changes will constitute acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Rajasthan, India. All disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
