At Sarthi Travels & Tours, your travel experience is our priority. While we aim to deliver seamless service, we understand that plans can change. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and in accordance with industry standards — while aligning with third-party vendor policies (hotels, transport, flights, etc.).

Refund Policy

We process refunds under the following conditions:

  • Eligible Cancellations: Refunds are considered only for cancellations made within the permitted cancellation window of the booked service/package.

  • No Refunds will be provided:

    • After travel has started

    • For unused services or "no-shows"

    • For bookings involving non-refundable items (such as certain flights or special deals)

  • Refund Processing Time: Up to 14 working days after cancellation confirmation. The timeline may vary based on payment mode and third-party vendor terms.

  • 📝 Refund Requests must be submitted via email with complete booking details and the reason for cancellation.

Note: All refund requests are reviewed individually. Decisions are subject to vendor agreements and Sarthi's discretion.


Cancellation Policy

To cancel any confirmed booking, clients must notify us in writing via email. Cancellations are only valid once acknowledged by our team.

Here’s our general cancellation structure:

  • 🔄 Customized Packages: May follow separate cancellation terms. You will be informed during booking.

  • 🌪️ Exceptional Circumstances (natural calamities, pandemic, strikes, government restrictions): We will coordinate with our partners to provide the best available rescheduling or partial refund options.


📦 Delivery of Services

As a travel company, Sarthi Travels & Tours does not deliver any physical product. Instead, we provide electronic confirmations for:

  • Travel itineraries

  • Hotel and transport vouchers

  • Flight or train bookings (if applicable)

  • Customized package documents

These documents are sent via email, WhatsApp, or any preferred digital channel. Customers are requested to review and confirm all details upon receipt.

🛡️ Backup & Redelivery: We retain records for 30 days from the delivery date. In case of document loss, we are happy to re-send your confirmed vouchers during that period.
