• Events beyond control (e.g., natural disasters, government advisories) are handled based on the situation, and vendor refund rules will apply.

🔹 7. Cancellation by Company

Sarthi Travels & Tours reserves the right to decline a booking or cancel services under the following circumstances:

• Non-payment or delay in payment

• Misconduct, abuse, or non-compliance with terms

• External disruption due to events beyond our control

🔹 8. Limitation of Liability

We serve as a travel facilitator and work with third-party service providers. Hence, we are not responsible for:

• Loss, delay, injury, or inconvenience caused by third parties

• Changes in schedules, availability, or amenities

• Natural events or unforeseen disruptions during travel
  Clients agree to indemnify Sarthi Travels & Tours from any claims resulting from misuse of our services.
